Andrew Varga is the author of the Jump in Time series of YA Historical Fiction books. His first book in the series, The Last Saxon King, was nominated for the 2024 Red Maple Award by the Ontario Library Association and for the Benjamin Franklin Award for Teen Fiction by the Independent Book Publishers Association. He is a massive history buff, with an Honours BA from the University of Toronto in the subject, and is constantly reading books to see what's "new" in the history.
