TINDAL, DOUG
AUTHOR
Douglas Tindal is the author of Tales from Wine on the Porch, a set of interconnected short stories featuring the adventures of seven seniors (and two seniors-in-training) who share a home filled with warmth, laugh-out-loud humour, and the joys of being old enough to know better – and old enough not to care.
Doug is a journalist, actor and writer living in Haliburton. His non-fiction articles have appeared in many of Canada’s largest circulation magazines, most of which are now, sadly, defunct. No connection between his writing and their demise has ever been proven. He has acted with community theatres in the West End (of Toronto), Paris (Ontario) and Newmarket (still Ontario), and was most recently seen as Officer Lockstock in the Highlands Summer Festival Production of Urintown: The Musical.
