Threads of Connection! Join us on September 25 at 1pm at the West Guilford Community Centre for a Visual Artists and Artisans Roundtable.
An initiative through the Arts Council of Haliburton, Threads of Connection is a gathering for textile artists, crafters and creatives, to meet & mingle, exchange ideas, and share resources and inspiration.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or just exploring the world of textiles, this gathering is for you!
We had a very positive response to our first Threads of Connection and are happy to carry on and to bring this community together for more sharing and learning.
Our second event is all about demonstrations of creative work and a textile swap. We have lined up four demonstrators who will simultaneously share their art/craft with those present. There will be opportunity to watch, ask questions and in some cases give it a try yourself.
