About the event
The Nutcracker is an annual Christmas tradition locally and worldwide is the story of a young girl named Marie and a magical dream she has where her toy nutcracker comes to life.
This holiday classic transports audiences of all ages to a world of magic and wonder. From the Battle of the Mice to the Land of Sweets, every scene in "The Nutcracker" unfolds with breathtaking beauty, showcasing the incredible talent of our dancers.
The Haliburton production is choreographed by Julie Barban of Heritage Ballet and involves a vast cast and crew of community members, presented with support from Skyline Dance Studio.
