The Minden Hills Cultural Centre will host a free screening of The Colour of Ink (2022) on Thursday, May 7 at 1:00 PM. The documentary, directed by Brian D. Johnson, follows Toronto inkmaker Jason Logan as he creates rich, expressive inks from natural materials foraged from the wild. Exploring creativity, nature, and the enduring art of ink, the film traces how this ancient medium continues to inspire artists around the world. Presented in collaboration with the Haliburton County Public Library, this screening is open to all ages. Admission is free. No pre-registration is required.
