Demonstration - Meet in The Great Hall, Haliburton School of Art + Design 297 College Dr.
Experience the energy and texture of plein air painting with local artist Dave Kerr, whose impressionistic oil works capture the vivid beauty of the Haliburton Highlands. In this one-hour outdoor demonstration, Dave will show how he uses his palette knife to build bold colour, expressive texture and strong form directly from nature. Set in the inspiring surroundings of the Haliburton Sculpture Forest, this session is ideal for painters of all levels—and anyone curious to see a landscape emerge through dynamic knife work.
