About the event
Peter Porcelain and the American Standard was born in the midst of  the initial Covid outbreak. Phil Sgambelluri (Bass) and Tim Bearden  (Guitar/Vocals) met in Quincy, IL while kind of attending college. They  began playing Tim’s original tunes around town and the two of them  stayed pals after the two relocated. After spending years in Springfield  Phil moved to Edwardsville, IL to finish up his Education Degree at  SIUE. Phil and Tim caught the eye and ear of Matt Gadeken of  Clusterpluck (violin/mandolin) at the illustrious Stagger Inn where they  formed PPAS. Shortly after, Matt invited Drew Lance of One Way Traffic  and Hilary Fitz Band (Drums/Percussion/Vocals) to sit in for a gig and  he didn’t miss a beat.
The fellas have been staying busy playing their uplifting original music around the greater St. Louis area.
