About the event
A special event with well known  artist and Kennisis Lake cottager, Marleen Campbell. Marleen is a  retired teacher and vice principal who was influenced by art at a young  age. She has displayed and sold work in Haliburton, Manotick Art  Galley and Framing, Tremblant (Plumes et Glisse), Katherine Muir Miller  Gallery and at the Gordon Harrison Gallery in Ottawa. She has also  created a number of commissioned paintings.

Marleen  is offering this course for ages 10-12, for students with a serious  interest in art. She will supply everything that is needed (canvases,  brushes, paints, etc) and the students will go home with a completed  12x12 gallery canvas oil painting. They can pick a picture of their  own, select a picture of a painting they like or select from a few that  she will provide.
