Winter Edition 2026 – Feb 7 & 8

Established in 2020, the Winter Edition is Hike Haliburton on snowshoes!

Online Registration starts Wednesday January 7 @ 8 am and is required to join a guided hike.

Over the February weekend, we invite you to discover the snow-covered trails, frozen lakes, and quiet forests of the Haliburton Highlands through a wide variety of guided winter hikes and snowshoe adventures led by knowledgeable hike leaders.

Beyond the hikes, embrace the season by exploring local arts and cultural sites, warming up with live music and entertainment at community venues, and enjoying winter celebrations happening throughout the region. You can also book unique cold-weather experiences with local tour operators to make the most of your winter getaway in the Highlands.
