Haliburton Rotary Music in the Park featuring Radio Rockers Head Lake Park Bandshell, Halibuton Ontario Admission by Donation Bring a blanket or Lawn Chair Radio  Rockers is a 4 piece cover band playing a wide variety of popular hit  songs from the 60’s right through to present day. The members of the  band, all accomplished musicians, have been playing in and around  Haliburton County and beyond for many years.

Gary  Baumgartner sings lead vocals, plays multiple keyboards and acoustic  guitar. He is also a talented composer, studio musician and founder of  his “other band”, Gary & The Rough Ideas. Walter Tose plays electric  guitar, sings harmonies and was a member of the legendary local band,  Ugly Rumour.  Cathy Salvatori and Andy Salvatori make up the tight, hard  driving rhythm section that glues thing together, with Cathy on drums  and Andy on bass guitar and harmonies.  Cathy, Andy and Walter are  former Custom Blend bandmates, happy to be reunited again.

Radio  Rockers focus on classic rock and danceable pop songs that are audience  favorites, plus some that are well known though seldom heard live.   They also lean into the realm of modern country, folk and even some  funk.  Irresistible, uplifting, toe tapping, singing along kind of  music.
