The Festival of Lights, Diwali in Haliburton is back!
Dance Happens Here Haliburton (DH 3 ) is partnering with local business people to once again bring Diwali, the festival of light to Haliburton. On November 15 at the Haliburton Legion we will be celebrating Diwali with delicious Indian food, lively music and dancing.
Local dancer Yasmin Schoenke will perform and will lead interactive dances. Music will be provided by DJ Karim Khimji of Safari Sounds. This event is suitable for adults, youth and children. A simple meal will be provided by Masala Kraft for a true taste of India, including some Diwali treats.
Tickets are $40 for adults, $20 for students and children under 18 are free. Get your ticket early to reserve your spot!
