It will be hard to pull yourself away from watching David Kerr at work. From preparation to selection of imagery, paints and composition he will take you through the process of painting a landscape in oils with little more than his palette knife. This simple tool opens endless possibilities for creativity in oil painting and we hope that seeing this demonstration encourages you to explore and experiment with your own work, or even get painting. About David David Kerr is a two time participant at Haliburton Art and Craft Festival where he loves to meet new faces and talk about painting and share his adventures on the lakes and rivers of Ontario. An animated and generous presenter, Dave brings the same spirit of adventure to his canvas as he does to the great outdoors - his favourite place to be.
