“Dear Audrey” Documentary Screening

Directed by Jeremiah Hayes, this moving documentary follows acclaimed filmmaker Martin Duckworth as he cares for his wife, Audrey Schirmer, through the final stages of Alzheimer's disease. The film weaves together intimate moments, their shared history, and excerpts from Martin's films and Audrey's photography, offering a profound exploration of memory, care, and the enduring power of connection.

 

Admission is free. All ages are welcome. No pre-registration is required. The documentary is provided courtesy of the National Film Board (NFB).
