The Minden Hills Cultural Centre will host the first of the two Community Heritage Series speaker events this summer: Trails and Waterways: A Journey Through Our Natural Heritage by Rick Whitteker on Thursday, July 16 at 5:00 PM. Join outdoor enthusiast and local naturalist, Rick Whitteker, for an engaging presentation exploring how hiking trails and paddling routes connect us to the natural heritage of Haliburton County. Through stories from the land and water, he will highlight the wildlife, ecology, and landscapes that shape the region. Admission is by donation. No pre-registration is required. All ages welcome.
