FAY MARTIN

Fay Martin, MSW, PhD, MFA came to Haliburton County in 1997 to found a children's mental health agency, and put down roots. Post-retirement, she leaned into creating and managing affordable housing in the County, but also worked closely with her husband to support the development of the arts community, especially literary and theatre arts. She became an author after she became a widow in 2020, and joined the Board with the intent of helping writers grow their profile in the arts community.
